Police arrested on Tuesday evening a fan of the Beitar Jerusalem soccer team who failed to appear at a police station during the team’s games.
The fan, a 20-year old man, was banned by the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court from the group’s games following the recent incident during Beitar's game against Charleroi in Belgium. In addition, the Court ruled that the fan must report to a police station during every team game. After the fan failed to report to a police station, he was detained and will be brought to the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court on Wednesday to determine the conditions for his release.
