The government has given the Supreme Court its response to Muhammed Allan's appeal, stating that the request should be denied just as a previous appeal was.
Despite this, prosecutors stated that the government is will to consider freeing Allan on condition that he agree to leave the country for four years.
Allan, an imprisoned member of Islamic Jihad, lost consciousness following an extended hunger strike. He is currently being treated in Barzilai Hospital in Ashkelon.
