An American general who is currently in the Afghan capital, Kabul, on Thursday warned that the Islamic State (ISIS) in Afghanistan may develop into a large and serious threat, as he put it.
He stressed, however, that at this stage the terrorist organization is unable to operate in several areas of the country at the same time.
