Internal Affairs Committee Head MK David Amsalem (Likud) talked with Arutz 7 about today's (Wednesday) altercation on Jerusalem's Mount of Olives.
"After we visited the Mount of Olives earlier this week, I understand that our citizens felt more secure when visiting the location," he said. "Sadly, they received a confrontational welcome that was overflowing with hatred, as happens every day there."
In addition, MK Amsalem said, "We cannot allow terrorists to do whatever they like. I call on the Minister for Internal Security, MK Gilad Erdan, to personally get involved in the issue of the Mount of Olives, to remove the terror and criminals, and to allow all Israeli citizens to visit in security."
