A Syrian rebel group is accusing dictator Bashar al-Assad of using napalm against a town near Damascus. This would be the second time government forces have used napalm.

Last week the United Nations Security Council passed a resolution allowing investigators to identify the perpetrators of chemical attacks in Syria. The latest incident was also almost exactly two years after sarin gas killed over a thousand people in a Damscus suburb. The latter attack was almost enough to cause the United States to intervene in the country.
