Former Minister of Interior Gideon Sa’ar said that “The High Court erred yet again by insisting to nullify for the third consecutive time in less than two years Knesset legislation meant to cope with the infiltrator phenomenon.”
According to Sa’ar, “It is up to the court to be restrained and cautious in its involvement in the nullification of Knesset legislation on the matter.”
