Chairman of the Knesset’s Ministerial Legislative Cabinet, MK Nissan Slomiansky, applauded the High Court’s decision to reject the petition against the Law Preventing Infiltrators.
“I applaud the High Court for making the correct decision that reflects the legislator’s intentions. I want to hope and believe that we are at the start of a new pathway between the legislative authority and the judicial authority and call to the relevant authorities to ensure that infiltrators will be deported after completing their stays at detention facilities.”
