Details of the Iranian plan for Syria have been published by the London-based al-Araby al-Jadeed newspaper.
According to the report, control over Syria would be split between current dictator Bashar al-Assad's regime and rebel forces, based on the areas each side currently controls. The city of Aleppo would become internationalized.
