Education Minister Naftali Bennett once again expressed support for administrative detention, offering Monday a more detailed explanation of his viewpoint.
"I supported the use of administrative detention, a far-reaching tool, in order to give security officials, at their request, the necessary instruments to eradicate violence," Bennett contended.
"In extreme times, it is permissible to harm individual liberties for the sake of security," the Jewish Home chairman added.
