Two youths from Silwan have been arrested on suspicion of taking protection money from Jews who are trying to get to the Kotel and fellow Arabs trying to park their cars.
According to police, the two approached Jews as they parked their cars near the Old City's Dung Gate. They would demand the visitors pay for parking and "protection."
The suspects were arrested following a police chase.
