Israeli police refused to allow a group of Arab youths to enter the Temple Mount complex in Jerusalem, due to suspicions that the youths intended to disturb the peace.
A Temple Mount security guard argued with the police over the matter, and then tried to attack them. Police subdued the guard with pepper spray and arrested him.
