Aroma, the largest cafe chain in Israel, has put out a new menu, with increased prices. The change began in northern Israeli branches last week, and is expected to hit the rest of the country early this week.
Salads are increasing in price by eight to 17 percent, and pastries by eight to 11 percent.
Aroma cafes in Tel Aviv are run by a separate company, though it may also raise prices.
