Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras has called on the European Union for assistance with handling refugees. Prime Minister Tsipras explained that his country's infrastructure is unable to absorb the thousands that have been arriving from Syria and Afghanistan.
"Now is the time to see if the European Union is a a union of solidarity or if everyone guards its own borders," said Tsipras.
