Republican presidential candidate Rand Paul says that members of the Republican Party are to blame for ISIS.
During an interview on MSNBC, Paul said, "ISIS exists and grew stronger because of the hawks in our party who gave arms indiscriminately. They created these people. ISIS is all over Libya because these same hawks in my party loved - they loved Hillary Clinton's war in Libya. They just wanted more of it."
Louisiana Governor and potential presidential rival Bobby Jindal responded to the interview by saying that Paul showed himself to be unqualified to be president.
