Nine years after starting to develop and grow medical marijuana under the auspices of the Israeli government, a family from a small northern community were shocked to learn they were being targeted after two pipe bombs which had been planted under their car and in their yard exploded today (Sunday) at about 4 o'clock this afternoon.
The incident left the family stunned. "We had no clue as to what was going to take place," the owner told Walla! News. "There were no threats, not from anyplace or anybody that indicated what we did bothered them," he added. "When we first heard the explosions, we thought a couple of Katushya rockets from Lebanon had exploded."
No one was injured by the bombs, but both the car and the house sustained considerable damage.
