Argentinian Foreign Minister Quits Jewish Group

Argentinian Foreign Minister Hector Timerman has renounced his membership in the Argentine-Israeli Mutual Association today (Tuesday). In a letter to the group, Timerman stated that he quit because the group's leaders blocked a deal with Iran for a joint investigation of a 1994 terrorist attack.

Iran has been accused of orchestrating the attack. Recently, the prosecutor Alberto Nisman was found dead, hours before he was scheduled to give his findings on the case.
