Russian President Vladimir Putin admitted today (Thursday) that trying to impose the Soviet model on Europe following World War II was a mistaken move, AFP reported.
"Following the war, we imposed the Soviet model on many countries, and did it by force. We have to admit this, and that it wasn't at all good," Putin said.
