Ichilov Medical Center in Tel Aviv has reported that Rabbi Yoshiyahu Pinto had been rushed to their facility after apparently suffering chest pains and changes in his ECG readings on the plane that brought him to Israel from New York this morning (Monday).
The hospital said that the rabbi underwent diagnostic catheterization which showed the absence of general coronary heart disease. The rabbi's blood pressure is continuing to be monitored.
