Rwandan President Paul Kagame has confirmed that his country is finalizing a deal with Israel over asylum seekers. The asylum seekers, mostly from Eritrea and Sudan, will be processed in Israel and then sent on to Rwanda.
Israel announced last week that two African countries have agreed to accept the migrants, but did not name which countries. African sources have claimed that the second country is Uganda.
