The prosecution today (Sunday) filed an indictment with the Be'er Sheva District Court against a Sudanese man from the Holot detention facility for vehicular manslaughter while driving intoxicated, and without a license.

According to the indictment, the driver, from the Holot facility, did not possess an Israeli driver's license, was driving a vehicle containing passengers, exceeding the legal speed limit, while intoxicated. At some point he swerved into the opposite lane, overturning the car, which resulted in the death of one of the passengers.
