WIZO and Wikimedia Israel, which supports Wikipedia in Israel, initiated a unique competition, which call upon writing 150 values about leading and standout women in the Israeli society, and in the Jewish world- who have not yet received recognition in Wikipedia.
A list of 150 women, who have made their mark in various spheres of influence, and have not yet been recognized, is being created. The spheres include education, culture, economics, defense, sport and society. The women were chosen according to criteria which were decided upon by Wikipedia and include the nature of their work and its contribution to society.
