Police arrested a 20-year-old man from Jaljulia on Wednesday, after a search of his home found materials showing support for the terrorist organization Islamic State.
A hearing on the man's remand will be held at the Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court later on Wednesday.
Police noted that searches had been conducted on the homes of other residents suspected of supporting the organization. After an investigation, a number of these suspects were released on bail.
