Iran’s first direct flight into the capital of Yemen, Sanaa arrived today (Sunday) as the Houthi rebels are formalizing ties with the regional Shiite authorities.
The flight stresses how the Houthis are increasing their grip over the country’s institutions, even though the county’s president, who has re-located to Aden, still insists he is officially in charge.
