Central Elections Committee Chairman, Judge Salim Joubran, denied Wednesday the petition of B'Zhutan Chairman Ruth Kolian for an injunction against haredi newspapers "Yom L'yom" and "Yated Ne'eman."
In the female haredi party's petition, they argued that the haredi newspapers discriminated against B'Zhutan by refusing to publish their election ads.
Joubran stated that the petition lacked grounds and that the B'Zhutan had alternate means of publicizing itself.
