Pro-democracy protestors faced off against Hong Kong police today (Sunday), in an effort to step up their movement for democratic reforms after more than two months of camping out in the city’s streets, AP has reported.
On Sunday night protestor organizers told the crowd rallying outside government headquarters, the main protest site, that they intended to escalate their campaign by surrounding the building.
