Tear Gas Grenade Hurled from French Hill Bldg., Dozens Affected

A tear gas grenade was thrown this evening (Wednesday) from a building in Jerusalem's French Hill area, causing dozens of people to complain of a burning about the eyes and a choking sensation, according to report on the Walla! news site.

Four Fire Dept. units arrived, aired out the building, and finally located the grenade while searching one of the apartments. Police are checking into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
