Despite the court's decision to remove the restrictions put upon Yehuda Glick, head of the LIBA Movement for Freedom of Movement on the Temple Mount, this morning (Tuesday) police denied him access to the Temple Mount.
When Glick attempted to go up to the Temple Mount this morning, he was stopped by police officer from the Merhav David station who informed him that he was being denied entrance saying, "this is Commander Avi Biton's decision, and you are subject to him, not the court."
Avi Biton is police commander for the Merhav David police station of the Old City.
