A 25-year-old Palestinian Arab male managed to enter a home on "Srugah Hill" in the Shomron (Samaria) community of Yitzhar, threw books and paper on the floor, opened the gas and poured oil over the pile, then igniting it in an attempt to set the building on fire.
He was intercepted and arrested by IDF forces, who said the man appeared to be mentally unstable.
