US President Barack Obama has sent 20 US military personnel to the Central African Republic in order to aid in the re-opening of the American Embassy there.
The embassy, closed in late 2012 because of security concerns due to violent conflict in the region, is now looking to re-open the facility, although the White House has not yet announced when it expects that to take place.
