Report: Hunger Strike by Thousands of Terrorists

More than 5,000 Palestinian Authority (PA) residents in Israeli jails started a hunger strike, Thursday, over administrative detentions given to hundreds of PA residents throughout Judea and Samaria (Shomron), according to the Bethlehem-based Ma'an news agency.

Issa Karaka, the PA Minister for Prisoner Affairs, said the terrorists are demanding that the Israeli security establishment stop arresting the PA residents without filing charges or initiating legal proceedings against them. He declared a "day of rage" for Friday, calling on PA residents to engage in "acts of solidarity" after Friday prayers.
