Volunteers Save Kathmandu Seder

Israeli travelers in Nepal can enjoy exhaustive glatt kosher for Passover thanks to volunteers who helped bring in kosher-for-Passover products despite a Foreign Ministry strike. The local Chabad emissary Rabbi Chezki Lifshitz announced that Passover holiday products had reached the city of Kathmandu, capital of Nepal.

Volunteers from all over the world helped unload a shipping container to bring it to the Chabad house, which is expecting over 1,000 people for Monday night's seder.
