A Syrian with moderate shrapnel wounds to the eye suffered in his country's civil war was brought by the Israel Defense Forces to Ziv (Sieff) Medical Center in the central Galilee city of Tzfat, Thursday evening.
The hospital has treated 223 victims of the fighting.
