PLO representative in Washington Ma'an Erekat says the Obama Administration will transfer $440 million to the PA, primarily for construction and infrastructures development, $14 million more than in 2013. Washington will send $70 million directly to the PA Treasury.
Erekat explained that the financial boost is US incentive to make progress in peace negotiations with Israel.
