The courts in Zagreb, Croatia have upheld an indictment againt former Minister of the Interior, Josip Boljkovac.  The 93-yr.-old ex-minister is accused of ordering the termination of 21 civilian Nazi collaborators during World War II.

Boljkovac, who was one of Marshal Tito's senior aides when he was a Yugoslavian partisan commander. denied the charges. He appeared in court on Monday in his wheelchair, saying there was neither proof nor evidence against him in this matter.
