A 47 female foreign worker from the Philippines who was working as an elder care worker has been arrested on suspicion of the elder abuse of the 70-yr.-old woman who was in her care.
The woman was arrested after the older woman’s son noted certain marks on his mother’s hands, and had a “nanny cam” installed in the apartment which documented the Filippino caretaker’s beating the woman while feeding her.
