Interior Minister Gideon Saar said Sunday, "We never agreed to a precondition of a construction freeze or pre '67 lines. It also appears the PA is not ready for any historic concessions necessary for an agreement, so despite the negotiations being a national interest, they will probably remain in stalemate. There is always the possibility of a successful interim agreement."
