2 Dead in Clashes between Morsi Supporters, Opponents

Two people were killed and as many as 160 were injured, Wednesday, in violent clashes between supporters and opponents of Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi in the city of Mansoura, north of Cairo, ahead of the first anniversary of his entering office.

The British Broadcasting Corporation reported that Morsi was scheduled to address the nation, Wednesday evening. Troops deployed nationwide ahead of anti-Morsi demonstrations planned for the weekend.
