Police are investigating the Monday-evening puncturing of tires on 28 vehicles in the Arab community of Abu-Ghosh in the Judean Hills, west of Jerusalem. Compounding the vandalism was the spray-painting of the Hebrew words for "racism or assimilation" and "Arabs out!"
