The Jerusalem District Court sentenced three Border Policemen to four months of civil service for pouring water on a PA Arab detainee in order to extract his ID number, while the fourth, who threatened him with a dog was sentenced to two months of civil service.
The abuse took place near a Jerusalem roadblock after the Arab was pulled into a jeep.
