The Tel Aviv Magistrates Court allowed the publication of the fact that Manager Shaul Ganun of the Bar-No'ar club for homosexual youth in Tel Aviv was arrested on suspicion of committing sexual crimes against one of the suspects in a fatal 2009 shooting at the club.
The court ordered two weeks of house arrest for Ganun.
