Sunday the PMIC organization of moderate Muslims in Canada held a rally opposite the parliament building in Ontario, calling for Muslims worldwide to embrace democracy and tolerance by abandoning ideologies of Jihad and terrorism.
Moderate practice of progressive Islam has been on the rise in Canada since 2011.
