Judge Ido Druyan of the Tel Aviv Magistrates Court said, Sunday, that if the police do not provide a convincing argument, details about the 2009 murder at the Bar-Noar homosexual youth club in Tel Aviv may be disclosed tomorrow, including the name of a suspect arrested last week.
The police are considering permitting the publication of the details already on Monday.
