The Central District's District Court is scheduled to rule, Sunday, on controlling interest in the Israel Discount Bank.
The focus of the decision is whether the bondholders of Hahn IDB Holdings and the IDB Development subsidiary will be allowed to band together and take over the company, currently controlled by billionaire Nochi Dankner.
