Israel Warns of Yesha Boycott PA Boomerang

The Foreign Ministry announced Wednesday that the current international trend of boycotting Yesha products could adversely affect PA economy. According to the announcement, 22,500 PA Arabs are employed regularly in Yesha factories, and in case the consequences of the boycott necessitate layoffs, many PA Arabs will find themselves unemployed without means of support. "9% of PA annual income comes from employment in Israeli factories in Yesha. The 'pro-PA' boycott will boomerang against them," says the Ministry.
