ISA: Abbas has Given up on Peace with Israel

Shin Bet Director Yoram Rubin told the Security and Foreign Affairs Committee Tuesday that PA Chairman Abbas has no real faith in prospects of peace with Israel, "The PA has been gradually deciding no breakthrough will materialize in the near future."
