Police Prevent Demonstration at Jewish Arab Wedding

Police prevented the entry of about 50 right-wing activists, Thursday evening, to the wedding of a Jewish woman to a Muslim in the groom's hometown of Araba in the Galilee.

The activists, including former Member of Knesset Michael Ben-Ari and Baruch Marzel, sought to protest what they called "assimilation" but officers from the Misgav station prevented them from reaching the site of the wedding, and directed them to another place to hold their protest.
