The Perry Committee legislating burden equality has presented the government secretariat with its new IDF draft reforms that include legislative amendments for IDF draft law, a new civil service law, and a government decision accompanying the legislation, prior to the government vote on its clauses on Sunday.

The Perry Recruitment Reform Committee worked hard on this proposal for last two months in order to replace the Tal Law that lapsed following the Supreme Court's decision last August.

Draft reforms include setting a recruitment quota,  establishing positive and negative recruitment incentives from August 2013, and the application of statutory sanctions on individuals who violate the law by dodging the army.
