Human rights abuses by Palestinian Authority governments in Judea, Samaria and Gaza are on the rise, a report by the Palestinian Independent Commission for Human Rights has found.
The report, released Tuesday, shows that incidents of abuse are up 10 percent since last year. Most of the complaints were about torture, mistreatment, preventing and dispersing public assemblies, preventing reporters from reporting or arresting them.
