The price of gasoline will rise 25 agorot a liter to 7.51 in June, according to a Monday-morning report by Channel 10 Television. In addition to the nearly-six-percent increase in value-added tax, world crude-oil prices and the dollar's current turnaround against the shekel were cited.
It is the first increase after a series of decreases in price.
