The DA has announced another plea bargain signed with a minor involved in the August 2012 Zion Square brawl where an East Jerusalem Arab was assaulted by vandals.
According to the deal, the charges of racist incitement were dropped, leaving charges of incitement to violence and severe racist assault. Assault charges were commuted from "intentional" to "under severe circumstances."
No punitive measures have been set as of yet.
